The Director of Buildings Policy plays a pivotal leadership role within Efficiency Canada, spearheading the strategic direction and execution of building policy initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director, Senior Director, Policy Strategy, and senior management team, the Director of Buildings Policy is responsible for driving key initiatives and research efforts to bolster energy efficiency and decarbonization efforts in Canada's buildings sector. This role includes representing Efficiency Canada as a subject matter expert with peer organizations, government bodies, media, allies and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Director of Buildings Policy will engage significantly in project management and operational activities to ensure the advancement of critical policy areas.
